Nessa Siegel comes from an educational background, having taught
1st grade in Cincinnati, and as a teacher of the learning disabled
in the greater Cleveland area before she began her legal career.
She has over 20 years of experience in special education law. Nessa
was recognized by the Ohio House of Representatives for Outstanding
Service to Children with Disabilities in, and was selected by her
peers as one of the top 100 Leading Lawyers of Northeast Ohio in
2001. She was also named a 2004 Ohio Super Lawyer, an honor awarded
to only 5% of Ohio lawyers. Nessa frequently lectures on education
and law at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, John Carrol University,
the Cuyahoga County Bar Association, and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

Agins began as a law clerk at Siegel & Agins in 1997, and has practiced
as an attorney with the firm since 2000. Kerry has experience in the
areas of special education law, estate planning for families with disabled
members, social security eligibility appeals, and eligibility determinations
for mental retardation/development disabilities services. She has also
assisted juvenile law attorneys in representing juvenile offenders
with suspected or documented disabilities. In 2005, Kerry was recognized
as one of Ohio's top young attorneys and was profiled in Ohio
Super Lawyers: Rising Starts Edition. She is an adjunct professor at Case
Western University School of Law where she co-teaches Disability Law.

Andrea joined the firm as a law clerk in 2005. Since then, she has been
an invaluable asset to the firm reviewing and evaluating IEPs, conducting
legal research and writing, developing seminars, and generally handling
client claims under the supervision of practicing attorneys. Andrea also
comes from an educational background, having served as a teacher in a suburban
Cincinnati school district for four years prior to entering law school.
Under No Child Left Behind, she is a highly qualified teacher in the area
of elementary education.
